Plant in the ground after the threat of frost. White Bush Scallop squash is ready in 54 days. This is a productive variety that forms on a bush. The pattypan squash will start green and turn white as it matures. Squash can be continually harvested and considered very prolific.

Heirloom variety that dates back to the 1700s and can be used the same way as standard yellow squash with more "meat" in the squash.

Feed with a well balanced fertilizer. If squash vine borers are an issue in your garden spray with BT and organic pesticide every 10 days to minimize pest issues. Once squash bugs become present hand picking and neem oil treatments are organic methods to control pest outbreaks.
