Seed Starting Planner Privacy Policy

Seed Starting Planner helps gardeners create planting plans based on a garden ZIP code.

Information the app uses

  • Your garden ZIP code, which is stored on your device to build your planting plan.

  • Approximate location information derived from that ZIP code, used to show local weather.

  • Calendar access only if you choose to add planting dates to your device calendar.

How information is used

Your ZIP code is sent to our weather provider to retrieve local forecast information. Your planting plan and ZIP code remain on your device unless you choose to use a feature that sends your ZIP code to the weather provider.

If you choose to add planting events to your calendar, the app creates those events in your device calendar. We do not collect or store your calendar data.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not require an account or collect payment information in the app.

The app may open links to third-party websites, including weather and shopping resources. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
